Ingredients:

• 1 – red bell pepper
• 1/2 cup – Channa dal
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• salt

Method:

  1. Cut the red bell pepper into small pieces. Keep it aside.
  2. Soak channa dal for about 10 minutes.
  3. Grind the channa dal with red chillies and salt (do not grind it to a fine paste).
  4. In a pan, add oil and add mustard seeds and urad dal. When the mustard pops, add the ground channa. Stir for 5 min.
  5. Then add the red bell pepper. Stir well until it is cooked well.
  6. Finally add salt.
