
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Rice (preferably left over)
• 1 cup -wheat flour
• 1 cup – minced mixed vegetables (cabbage, peas, cauliflower, cooked potato)
• 2 -3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp-pepper
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• salt
Method:
- Crush the chilli in a grinder and to this add the rice and mince.
- Mix all other ingredients to form a firm dough.
- Roll it in to rotis and cook in a heavy griddle applying oil on both sides.
