Ingredients:

• 2 cup – Rice
• 3 tsp – ginger, chilli and Garlic paste
• Turmeric powder, a pinch
• 3 tsp – oil
• For tadka:
• mustard, cumin and Fenugreek
• 1/2 litre – Butter milk
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak rice in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add paste mentioned and fry till is red.
  3. Add buttermilk and turmeric powder
  4. Then add rice and salt. Cook till rice is cooked properly
  5. Serve with roti or bajri roti.
