Ingredients:
• 2 cup – Rice
• 3 tsp – ginger, chilli and Garlic paste
• Turmeric powder, a pinch
• 3 tsp – oil
• For tadka:
• mustard, cumin and Fenugreek
• 1/2 litre – Butter milk
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak rice in water for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add paste mentioned and fry till is red.
- Add buttermilk and turmeric powder
- Then add rice and salt. Cook till rice is cooked properly
- Serve with roti or bajri roti.
