
Ingredients:
• 10 – skinless Drumsticks
• 3 tbsp – non-fat yogurt
• 2 tsp – garlic-ginger paste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder (you can put according to your taste)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1.5 tsp – Tandoori BBQ masala
• 1 tsp – priya non veg curry paste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Oil
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, marinate drumsticks in mixture for at-least 3-4 hours.
- Preheat oven at 400 degrees F.
- Roast drumsticks for 30 minutes or till chicken is done.
- Chop one onion in round pieces, then separate the rings.
- Mix a little vinegar, salt, chat masala, chilli powder and black pepper and serve it with hot roasted chicken.
