Fried roti snack mixed in spices
Ingredients:
6 plain roti or chapati
2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Cut roti into four equal portions.
2. Deep fry these rotis until crispy.
3. Remove from heat and drain on absorbent paper.
4. Sprinkle chaat masala powder and salt on top of the fried rotis.
5. Serve hot.
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
