Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – cooked basmati Rice
• 1/4 cup – sliced red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup – sliced green Capsicum
• 1/4 cup – sliced Cabbage
• 4 tbsp – sliced red Onion
• 4 tbsp – sliced Carrot
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Spring onions
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped beans
• 3 tbsp – Corn
• 1 Clove – chopped Garlic
• 1.5 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Green chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• Salt to taste
• 1.5 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, onions, red bell pepper, green capsicum, beans, carrot, spring onion, corn, cabbage and saute for 2 mins.
  2. Now add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, lime juice, pepper powder and rice.
  3. Mix well and serve.
