Ingredients:
• 250 g – khova (mava)
• 1 tbsp – khuskhus seed
• 15 – kharik (dried dates) finely chopped
• 100 g – desiccated Coconut grated
• 100 g – khadi Sugar (large crystal Sugar)
• 50 g- khismis (raisins)
Method:
- Dry roast khuskhus till light brown and cool.
- Crumble khoya in a non-stick pan.
- Stir continuously on low flame.
- When lightly roasted, take off fire and mix in all other ingredients.
- Mix well with spatula to blend well.
- Store in airtight container.
