Ingredients:
• Idly – 8, cut into cubes
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – sambar powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Masala powder – a little
• Onion – 1/2
• Tomato – 1/2
• Salt to taste
• For seasoning- Oil, mustard, Urad Dal
Method:
- In a pan, add oil and splutter mustard, urad dal.
- Add onion and saute well. Then add tomato and fry well till the raw smell goes.
- Add idli pieces with all powders and salt. Fry and mix well.
