Ingredients:
• 650 g – fish fillet
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – hung yogurt
• 2 tbsp – plain flour
• 2 tbsp – Peanuts (roasted)
• 1 cup – Coconut (grated)
• 1 tsp – Green chillies (chopped)
• 2 cups – hot water
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Grind the peanuts, coconut and green chillies to a fine paste.
- Mix the paste with the yogurt and plain flour.
- Blend this mixture well to make a smooth paste.
- Add salt and pour hot water, gradually.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cover and cook at high for 7 mins, stirring once.
- Add the fish, cover and cook at 30% for 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
