
Ingredients:
• 4 rotis (leftover/fresh)
• 2 medium sized Tomatoes
• 7 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
• 2 small Green chillies (crushed)
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut each roti into 5-6 pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and green chillies. Fry till fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
- Add the roti pieces and saute.
- Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
