Ingredients:

• 8 oz – noodles
• 2 to 3 tbsp – bacon fat or Butter

Method:

  1. Cook noodles in salted water until it becomes tender. Drain well.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add the noodles and saute.
  3. Toss frequently until delicately browned.
