Ingredients:
• Maida – 2 cup
• Wheat flour – 1/3 cup
• Ghee – 3 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 tbsp
• chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
• soda – a pinch
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together. Add water and make dough as for Poories.
- Roll out into sheets, slightly thicker than Poori.
- Cut into 1 inch diamond shapes.
- Deep fry in moderately hot oil till crisp. Cool and store.
