Ingredients:
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1 Onion chopped
• 2 Green chillies chopped
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp – baking soda or baking powder
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients together (except the oil) to form a sticky batter.
- Heat the oil in a deep drying pan till smoky.
- Drop in a tsp of batter at a time into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
- Remove and serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
