
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Corn kernels
• 3 tbsp – Cream style Corn
• 1 cup – Processed cheese, grated
• Oil to deep fry
• 3 tbsps – Schezwan chutney
• 4 tbsps – Refined flour
• 2 tbsps – Cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp – Baking soda
• 4-5 tbsps – Fresh Coriander leaves
• A few thin strips green Capsicum
• 2 – Red Chilli flowers
Method:
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep frying pan.
- Coarsely grind corn kernels and cream style corn and transfer into a bowl.
- Add cheese, schezwan chutney, refined flour, cornstarch and baking soda, and add finely chopped corianders.
- Mix everything well with the hand. With damp hand, shape the mixture into small balls and slide into hot oil and deep fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Similarly make more balls with remaining mixture.
- Deep fry them for 1-2 minutes, then add the which were fried first and deep fry all together till golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Arrange them in a serving bowl, garnish with a few thin strips of green capsicum and fresh red chilli flower and serve immediately.
