
Ingredients:
• 200 gms – white bread
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – Almonds
• A few Plums
• 1 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• A pinch of salt
Method:
- Remove the crust and soak the bread in milk for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash the plums.
- Peel the almonds and cut into slices.
- Mix sugar with the soaked bread and mash well.
- Add the plums, almond slices, nutmeg powder, salt and butter and mix well.
- Grease a bowl and pour the mixture into it.
- Steam for an hour in a flat pressure cooker.
- Cool and serve with pudding sauce.
