Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – peas, boiled
• 1/2 cup – Corn kernels, boiled
• 2 potatoes, boiled
• 3 tbsp- Arrowroot powder
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 1 tsp – garlic, grated
• 4-5 Green chillies
• salt to taste
• oil to deep fry
Method:
- Mash potatoes well. Keep aside.
- Semi-crush corn and peas, add to potatoes.
- Crush or chop chillies fine, add to potatoes.
- Add salt, ginger, garlic, powder to potatoes.
- Mix well, form croquettes or desired shapes.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- When hot, let in a few croquettes at a time.
- Fry on medium heat, till golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with ketchup, chutney or relish.
