Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – peas, boiled
• 1/2 cup – Corn kernels, boiled
• 2 potatoes, boiled
• 3 tbsp- Arrowroot powder
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 1 tsp – garlic, grated
• 4-5 Green chillies
• salt to taste
• oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Mash potatoes well. Keep aside.
  2. Semi-crush corn and peas, add to potatoes.
  3. Crush or chop chillies fine, add to potatoes.
  4. Add salt, ginger, garlic, powder to potatoes.
  5. Mix well, form croquettes or desired shapes.
  6. Heat oil in frying pan.
  7. When hot, let in a few croquettes at a time.
  8. Fry on medium heat, till golden and crisp.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup, chutney or relish.
