Ingredients:

• 8 – idlis
• Oil – to deep fry
• Leftover sambar

Method:

  1. Quarter the idlis.
  2. Deep fry them till golden brown.
  3. In a pan, pour the sambhar.
  4. Put the fried idlis in it.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
