
Ingredients:
• 8 – idlis
• Oil – to deep fry
• Leftover sambar
Method:
- Quarter the idlis.
- Deep fry them till golden brown.
- In a pan, pour the sambhar.
- Put the fried idlis in it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
