Ingredients:

• Tomato – 1/2 kg
• Paneer – 250 g
• Onion, chopped – 1
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• Chilli powder – 4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder -3 tbsps
• Methi powder – 1.5 tsps
• Salt to taste
• Sugar – 2 tsps

Method:

  1. Boil tomato and grind it in a blender.
  2. Slice onions into rounds.
  3. Cube the paneer.
  4. Heat butter in a pan add the onions and fry well.
  5. Add the tomato paste and saute.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients, except paneer, and cook for some time.
  7. Finally, add the paneer and cook till done.
  8. Serve hot with parathas.
