
Ingredients:
• Tomato – 1/2 kg
• Paneer – 250 g
• Onion, chopped – 1
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• Chilli powder – 4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder -3 tbsps
• Methi powder – 1.5 tsps
• Salt to taste
• Sugar – 2 tsps
Method:
- Boil tomato and grind it in a blender.
- Slice onions into rounds.
- Cube the paneer.
- Heat butter in a pan add the onions and fry well.
- Add the tomato paste and saute.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except paneer, and cook for some time.
- Finally, add the paneer and cook till done.
- Serve hot with parathas.
