Ingredients:

• 1/2 Kg – Mutton
• 2 cup – water
• salt to taste
• 1/2 – Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 8 flakes – Garlic
• 3 – Potatoes
• Tamarind Juice
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder masala

Method:

  1. Cook 1/2 kg mutton in 2 cups of water and salt.
  2. Grind half a coconut and extract the 1st and 2nd milk.
  3. Put ghee in a vessel, and when hot, fry chopped garlic.
  4. Now add the masala powders.
  5. Fry for a while, add boiled meat and gravy.
  6. Add also potatoes or any vegetables and boil well till vegetables are cooked.
  7. Add 2nd coconut milk.
  8. Now add a little tamarind juice, a spoon of rice flour to thicken and stir.
  9. When it boils, add thick cocoonut milk.
  10. Add salt to taste and boil for a few minutes.
