
Ingredients:
• 16 oz – crushed pineapple.
• 1.5 cups – miniature marshmallows.
• 1/2 box – yellow cake mix.
• 1/4 cup – melted butter.
• 1/2 cup – coconut.
• 1/2 cup – pecans.
Method:
- Layer pineapples, marshmallows and cake mix and bake as per instructions on the cake box.
- Whip butter, coconut and pecans.
- Spread on top of bake cake.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
