Ingredients:

• 1 lb – Wheat flour
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix two spoons of oil and salt (to taste) with wheat flour and then add water and make a good dough.
  2. Make a small roll. Heat a frying pan in medium heat with oil for frying.
  3. When oil is hot fry the rolls.
  4. Serve the puris with curry or bhaja.
