
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – Wheat flour
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix two spoons of oil and salt (to taste) with wheat flour and then add water and make a good dough.
- Make a small roll. Heat a frying pan in medium heat with oil for frying.
- When oil is hot fry the rolls.
- Serve the puris with curry or bhaja.
