Ingredients:

• 1.5 tin condensed Milk
• 150 gms – Cashewnuts
• 150 gms – khoya
• 50 gms – Maida
• 1.5 cup – Milk

Method:

  1. Crush cashewnuts to a fine powder.
  2. Put all the ingredients together and grind to a smooth paste.
  3. Transfer to a thick bottomed kadhai and cook on a slow fire till the mixture starts leaving the sides and forms a ball.
  4. Put the mixture in a tray and roll out thinly (1/8 inch).
  5. Cool and cut into diamond shapes.
