Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tbsp – oil
• For marination: 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – yogurt
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – red chilly powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – cumin powder
• 1 pinch – yellow edible colour
• 3 – eggs
• bread crumbs
• cornflakes mix
• For Garnish: Potato chips
• Tomato slices
• Onion

Method:

  1. Mix all spices in a bowl with lemon juice and yogurt.
  2. Marinate chicken and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add marinate chicken, cover cook on medium heat.
  4. When the meat gets tender, beat eggs, dip pieces in it and then coat with bread crumb and cornflakes.
  5. Deep fry until it turns golden brown on medium heat.
  6. Garnish pieces with potato chips, tomato and onion slices.
  7. Serve with tomato ketchup and raita mix with green chutney.
