Ingredients:

• 3 cups – sitaphal pulp
• 1 can – condensed Milk
• Sugar if required

Method:

  1. Empty can of condensed milk in a large beating bowl.
  2. Chill condensed milk for 10 mins in freezer.
  3. Puree pulp while reserving 1/3 cup.
  4. Beat condensed milk with an electric hand beater, till foamy.
  5. Add puree and beat again.
  6. Fold in reserved sitaphal pulp.
  7. Make ice-cream either in ice-cream churner, or set in freezer tray.
  8. Stir with a fork or spoon every 30 mins, till ice-cream is almost set. Do this over 4 hours.
  9. Then remove to a bowl; beat with a wooden spoon or spatula till light.
  10. Refreeze till well set.
  11. Serve in scoops or slices.
