Ingredients:
• Rice flakes – 1 cup
• Rice – 2 to 2.5 cups
• Methi seeds – 1 tsp
• Curd – 1 small cup
• Green chillies – 4
Method:
- Soak the rice flakes, rice, methi seeds in curd for 1 night.
- Add a little water if necessary. Grind the contents along with the chillies.
- Add salt to taste.
- Let the batter rest for 6 to 8 hours.
- Place a ladle of batter on the pan and spread a little. Fry till red and serve with chutney.
