Ingredients:

• Rice flakes – 1 cup
• Rice – 2 to 2.5 cups
• Methi seeds – 1 tsp
• Curd – 1 small cup
• Green chillies – 4

Method:

  1. Soak the rice flakes, rice, methi seeds in curd for 1 night.
  2. Add a little water if necessary. Grind the contents along with the chillies.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Let the batter rest for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Place a ladle of batter on the pan and spread a little. Fry till red and serve with chutney.
