Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp – Cream of Chicken soup
• 4 – Tortillas
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 1 – Onions, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Mexican taco mix
• 4 tbsp – Shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 – Chillies

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into really small pieces.
  2. Fry onions, chillies, chicken and the taco mix till the chicken is cooked.
  3. Make a mix of equal portions of sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Put the chicken mix in tortillas with shredded cheddar cheese and roll the tortillas.
  5. Place all these tortillas in a baking pan.
  6. Spread the cream mix on top of tortillas.
  7. Put some shredded cheese on top of the cream and bake at 300 degrees C for about 20 minutes till the cheese melts.
