Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp – Cream of Chicken soup
• 4 – Tortillas
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 1 – Onions, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Mexican taco mix
• 4 tbsp – Shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 – Chillies
Method:
- Cut the chicken into really small pieces.
- Fry onions, chillies, chicken and the taco mix till the chicken is cooked.
- Make a mix of equal portions of sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
- Put the chicken mix in tortillas with shredded cheddar cheese and roll the tortillas.
- Place all these tortillas in a baking pan.
- Spread the cream mix on top of tortillas.
- Put some shredded cheese on top of the cream and bake at 300 degrees C for about 20 minutes till the cheese melts.
