Ingredients:

• 4 slices bread
• 1 big potato, boiled and smashed
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala (chaat masala)
• 2-3 green chillies, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, chopped finely
• salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – Lemon juice
• 4 tbsp – sour Cream
• 2 tbsp – grated cheese
• Sandwich chutney
• Butter

Method:

  1. Make a mixture of potatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, green chillies, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  2. Make 2 portions of the mixture.
  3. Apply butter and chutney on 2 bread slices.
  4. Spread the potato mixture on the bread slices evenly.
  5. Spread 2 tbsp sour cream on each slice.
  6. Sprinkle cheese (1 tbsp on each slice).
  7. Put the other 2 slices on these two slices.
  8. Apply butter outside
  9. Toast the sandwiches in sandwich toaster till golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with ketchup and wafers.
