Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Crab
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 – Tomato (small)
• 1 tsp – aniseed
• 1 tsp – chilli-coriander powder
• Ginger – 1 inch
• 5 – Garlic
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry the crab until it turns red.
  2. Grind coconut, green chilli, tomato, aniseed, ginger, garlic, chilli-coriander powder, salt and pour into the pan.
  3. Close the lid, fry for few minutes and continue until the gravy thickens.
