Ingredients:
• 2 cups – sour Curd
• 1 medium, finely chopped – Onion
• small piece, finely chopped – Ginger
• 2 – Green chilli
• Finely chopped coriander
• 1/4 bunch – Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – mustard seeds, urad dal, Channa dal, jeera,
• A little – Hing
• 1 – Red Chilli
• A pinch – Turmeric
Method:
- Add salt, turmeric to curd. Mix.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, jeera, urad dal, channa dal, hing red chilli.
- When mustard pops, add green chilli, ginger chopped pieces and fry a little.
- Now add onions and fry them for a while.
- Add curry leaves and coriander. Then add the curds and mix well.
- Leave on low heat for another minute and transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
