Ingredients:
• 1 cup – soya chunks
• 10 cubes – Paneer (optional)
• 1 cup – basmati Rice
• 4 – Onions chopped
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 2 – big Cardamom
• 2 – Cloves
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – Mutton masala powder
• 2 tbsp – oil or Butter
• Coriander leaves to garnish
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil rice separately along with cloves.
- Once it is done, add 1 tbsp oil, mix it and keep it aside.
- Boil water, add soya chunks to it and cook till it is done.
- Fry paneer and keep aside.
- Now take a kadai, add oil or butter, then add mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaves.
- Start adding onion, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
- Finally, add all the spices and coriander leaves.
- Add soya chunks and cover the kadai for 3-5 min. Allow the chunks to cook with masala.
- Once it is done, add salt, the cooked rice and fried paneer. Mix well and serve.
