Ingredients:
• 100 g – soya chunks
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• salt as per taste
• 1 – raw Egg
• Oil for frying
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 100 g – Coriander leaves
Method:
- Boil the soya chunks.
- When it swells up, squeeze out the water.
- Apply all the spices and salt to the soya.
- Break the raw egg in a bowl.
- Dip the chunks in raw egg and roll in corn flour.
- Deep-fry it and decorate with coriander leaves.
