Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Soya flour
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• Salt
• Water

Method:

  1. Mix both soya flour, wheat flour with ghee, enough salt and water, knead them soft dough.
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Divide them as equal balls; roll them with rolling pin as parathas.
  4. Sprinkle few drops of oil and cook on both sides of the paratha, until they get cooked well.
