Ingredients:

• 200 g – Tomatoes
• 10 g – Onion
• 5 g – Garlic
• 50 g – smoked cherry Tomato
• 5 g – Basil
• 10 g – Butter
• 40 g – spaghetti
• 10 g – Parmigiano-Reggiano

Method:

  1. Boil the spaghetti and keep aside.
  2. Heat the pan, add garlic and onion, and saute.
  3. Add tomato rustic sauce.
  4. Add basil and seasoning.
  5. Add pasta and mount with butter.
  6. Finish with parmigiano rigiono.
  7. Garnish with parmagiano regiono flakes and basil leaves.
