Ingredients:

• 1 pack – spaghetti
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 2 cups – baby Spinach
• 2 – Tomatoes (deseeded)
• 4 – Cloves of Garlic
• 1 cup – mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup – parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup – Cream
• 1 cup – Milk
• salt to taste
• Red Chilli flakes.

Method:

  1. Cook spaghetti as per package directions.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and red chilli flakes, saute.
  3. Then add chopped and deseeded tomatoes, spinach and salt. Mix well and saute for 5 mins.
  4. Then add milk and bring to a boil.
  5. Add 1/2 cup grated mozzarella and cream, mix well.
  6. Butter a baking dish, then add spaghetti and pour sauce over pasta.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F in a preheated oven for 20 mins.
