Ingredients:
• 500 gms – Wheat flour
• 250 gms – powdered Sugar
• 375 gms – Ghee
• 4 tbsp – yogurt
• 2 tbsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – Nutmeg [optional]
Method:
- Blend ghee well. Add sugar gradually.
- Then add nutmeg and yogurt and baking soda.
- Finally, add wheat flour gradually.
- Make small balls with hand and bake it for 15 minutes on medium heat.
