Ingredients:

• 500 gms – Wheat flour
• 250 gms – powdered Sugar
• 375 gms – Ghee
• 4 tbsp – yogurt
• 2 tbsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – Nutmeg [optional]

Method:

  1. Blend ghee well. Add sugar gradually.
  2. Then add nutmeg and yogurt and baking soda.
  3. Finally, add wheat flour gradually.
  4. Make small balls with hand and bake it for 15 minutes on medium heat.
