Ingredients:

• 200 g – cubed low calorie Paneer
• 100 g – Lettuce
• 50 g – jalapenos
• 1 cup – chopped Pineapple
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp – mustard sauce
• 1 tbsp – Oregano
• 1 loaf – brown bread

Method:

  1. Evenly spread mayonnaise and mustard sauce on the bread slices.
  2. Place the lettuce on it.
  3. Spread the onion and tomato slices on the lettuce.
  4. Chop pineapple, jalapenos and paneer into small pieces. Place on bread slice.
  5. Spread some more mayonnaise, mustard sauce on it and sprinkle over with oregano.
  6. Healthy sandwich is ready.
