
Ingredients:
• 200 g – cubed low calorie Paneer
• 100 g – Lettuce
• 50 g – jalapenos
• 1 cup – chopped Pineapple
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp – mustard sauce
• 1 tbsp – Oregano
• 1 loaf – brown bread
Method:
- Evenly spread mayonnaise and mustard sauce on the bread slices.
- Place the lettuce on it.
- Spread the onion and tomato slices on the lettuce.
- Chop pineapple, jalapenos and paneer into small pieces. Place on bread slice.
- Spread some more mayonnaise, mustard sauce on it and sprinkle over with oregano.
- Healthy sandwich is ready.
