
Ingredients:
• 10 – medium sized Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – salt
• Stuffing:
• 200 g – Paneer
• 1 – medium sized, boiled Potato
• 1 – medium sized onion, cut in long strips
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• Small bunch of Cilantro
• 3-4 – Green chillies
• Red Chilli powder
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Gravy:
• 1 – large Onion
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – sour Cream
• Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp- oil
Method:
- Cut the tomatoes on top and gently scoop out the insides with a spoon.
- Apply salt to the inside surface of the tomatoes and place it upside down.
- Splutter jeera and add chillies and onions.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder and mix it well.
- When the onions are crisp, add the green peas and cook till soft. Finally, add the paneer, potato, salt, chilli powder and mix well.
- Lastly add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.
- When it cools down stuff this into the tomatoes and grill for 3-5 mins.
- Serve hot.
