Ingredients:
• 1 – medium size Cauliflower
• A handful of Coriander leaves
• 2 inches of Ginger and 8 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 tbsp of pepper powder
• 1 pinch – ajinomoto
• 1.5 oz – soy sauce and 8 drops of vinegar(optional)
• 1/2 tbsp – Garam Masala powder
• A pinch of red colour (optional)
• A little salt
• 1 tbsp besan flour
• 2 tbsp Corn starch
• Oil to fry.
Method:
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Make the paste with all ingredients except besan flour and corn starch.
- Wash the florets in hot water and drain it in a drainer.
- Mix the paste to the flower and marinate it atleast for 1/2 hour and to a maximum of 3-4 hours
- Then mix the besan and corn starch, fry untilitbecome crispy.
