Ingredients:

• 750g – white fish

Method:

  1. Heat oil and saute the ground spices until fragrant.
  2. Slowly add in the thick coconut milk while frying to get a nice colour.
  3. Pour in the thin coconut milk and bring it to boil.
  4. Add ginger flower, kaffir leaves, and lower the fire.
  5. Simmer until fragrant.
  6. Add all the vegetables and use medium heat.
  7. Add in the fish pieces and simmer.
  8. Add seasoning and mix well.
