Ingredients:
• 8 – brinjal, round and small ones
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Jeera powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 6 – Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• Salt
• 4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Slit brinjal into four without separating them
- Heat oil in a wide pan
- Put coriander seeds and curry leaves into the oil
- When coriander seeds start crackling put the brinjal into it
- Then add dry masala into the brinjal
- Cover it with a lid until brinjal become tender and the raw smell of the masala goes
- Switch off the gas and add curd into it when brinjal cools
- Mix it properly and serve with hot chapattis
