Ingredients:
• 500 g – rangi ruli (fish like salmon, trout, herring , sardines can also be used)
• 2 tbsp – black Mustard Seeds powder
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• 1 – large Onion
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt, as required
• Oil as required
Method:
- Cut and wash the fish thoroughly.
- Make a paste of onion and green chillies.
- Mix black mustard powder, turmeric powder, salt with a tbsp of water. and add to the onion paste.
- Marinate the fish with this paste for 10 mins.
- Deep Fried the fish in hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve with dal and rice.
