
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 cup – Mint leaves
• 1/4 cup – Curry leaves
• 1 inch – Ginger pieces chopped
• 5- Garlic pods
• 1- Green chilli chopped
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1/4 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• Salt to taste
• Oil.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute the chopped ginger and garlic until brown. Then add the chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and curry leaves and saute for 1-2 mins.
- Now add the chopped green chillies, salt, 2 cups of water and pressure cook until 3 whistles.
- Let it cool.
- Now blend it with a hand blender and strain the soup.
- Let it boil.
- Meanwhile mix the corn flour and milk together and add this to the boiling soup. Stir well it thickens.
- Remove from the stove and add the pepper powder to the spicy green soup.
- Serve them with toast.
