Delicious spicy lassi with cucumber and mint leaves
3 glasses yogurt
1 tablespoon mint leaves
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
1 cup peeled and chopped cucumbers
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
1 green chilli (optional)
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 cup crushed ice
Salt to taste
Chaat masala for garnishing
1. Mix mint leaves, coriander leaves, cucumbers, ginger, green chilli and crushed ice with yogurt and blend it in a blender until smooth.
2. Now season with salt and lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle chaat masala on top in each glass before serving.
4. Serve immediately.
