
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rava
• 1/2 cup – onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup – coriander
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• Salt.
Method:
- Mix rava in 2 cups of water.
- Add salt, onions, coriander, cumin seeds and green chilli. Keep this aside for an hour and a half.
- Make sure the batter is of pouring consistency.
- Heat the girdle and pour 1 ladleful of batter, spread this evenly on the girdle and let it cook.
- Now peel the dosa off the girdle but do not overturn it. Serve.
