Ingredients:

• 10-12 – Bedgi dry Red Chillies
• 12 flakes – Garlic
• Tamarind – according to your taste
• salt
• Chilli powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Soak the chillies in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Add some water to the tamarind ball (size of a small lemon) and crush it.
  3. Grind the chillies, garlic flakes, the tamarind paste, and salt.
  4. Add the drained water to the mixer and make a fine paste.
  5. This chutney is spicy and can be eaten with upma, parathas and bread.
