Ingredients:
• 200 g – Prawns
• 3 pods – Garlic
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt
• 4 tsp – oil
Method:
- De-vein and wash prawns and keep aside.
- Crush garlic pods and keep aside.
- In a bowl, marinate prawns with turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, and leave undisturbed for 5 mins.
- In a frying pan, add oil and after it heats up, add the crushed garlic pods. Saute for just a few seconds.
- Then immediately add the marinated prawns and fry for a minute.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and cook on a high flame.
- When the water content reduces and the dish thickens, remove from flame and serve.
