Ingredients:
• Tomatoes – 2
• Onion – 1 small
• Red Chilli – 3
• Garlic – 1 flake
• Hing – 1/2 tsp –
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp –
• Oil – 2 tsp –
• Curry leaves – few
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind together tomato, onion, garlic and red chilli to a fine paste.
- In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seeds. After spluttering, add curry leaves and hing.
- Add the ground paste and salt. Cook till the oil comes out.
- Serve hot with idli, dosa or can apply in any kind of sandwiches.
