Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Spinach (chopped)
• 1/4 cup – kiwi (chopped)
• 1 Clove – Garlic (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Milk (boiled and cooled)
• Salt – to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper

Method:

  1. Fry garlic in 1/2 tsp of butter.
  2. Now add spinach and kiwi and mix well.
  3. Add a little water and salt.
  4. Cook spinach till soft.
  5. Cool and then process to a fine paste.
  6. Stir in the milk.
  7. Garnish with butter and pepper. Serve hot.
