Ingredients:

• 1 cup Chana daal (red gram daal)
• 1/4 cup Moongh daal (green gram)
• 1 cup chopped Spinach (palak)
• 1 tbsp Tamarind pulp
• 1 tbsp Green peas
• 4 Cloves of Garlic chopped
• 1 Tomato
• 1 tsp. Jeera
• 1/4 Onion chopped
• Turmeric powder, (haldi), Mirchi powder, Salt, Oil Coriander powder.

Method:

  1. Take cooker put two daals add water, spinach, tomato pieces, jeera, onion pieces, haldi, cloves, cook until one whistle. Open the lid add salt, chilly powder, tamarind paste, coriander powder, Green peas and cook for one whistle.
  2. Stir, add bagara with red chillies and garlic cloves.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve with chapatti or rice.
