
Ingredients:
• Spinach – half a bunch
• eggs – 2
• 2 tsp – White flour (Maida)
Method:
- Blanch spinach in hot water.
- Blend semi-cooked spinach in blender. Do not puree.
- Add eggs into the spinach, add all-purpose flour and salt to taste.
- Heat oil in pan and pour the egg mix.
